I recently stumbled upon FOREST BOUND and l o v e d what she is doing, making old canvas bags for mail or apples into tote bags and duffles. they're absolutely beautiful and I was inspired to kind of re-create an old bag feel in one of my books. It's just covered in muslin, and I used some letter stamps to make a reproduction vintage canvas. There's also an old leather belt I found at a thrift store...

It's hard to see in this picture, but my favorite part? Not entirely practical, but the pages are all envelopes!
