i went to the animal rescue league today, prepared to pick a cat, after looking and petting and playing, this little girl stole my heart. she's itty bitty, but is four years old and has already been a momma before.
i went into this thinking i would name my cat pamplemousse, which is french for grapefruit, but she just doesn't look like a pamplemousse. she's a funny little lady, not shy but very sleepy, which i'm attributing to stress and her recent surgery. she's also incredibly calm, and for the time being, nameless. she hasn't really gotten off my couch, but i think she's just adjusting and that we'll be the best of friends.
the funniest name suggestion? kitty gaga
only name it bunny if it brings you one, and if it does you have to name it that. Until then Sweetie will definitely do! bring it to visit me. OH, and I told caitlin that I got a cat and named it caitlin. hahaha
