my absence as of late has been due to a dreamy little road trip from pittsburgh to buffalo, niagara falls, toronto and back. it was a great little adventure you can see more in depth on buffalo daily. it was incredibly enjoyable and made me think the rest of the world is all a little more european than the US, which I quite like. I also did a great deal of thinking about how much revolves around imaginary lines: countries, immigration, fighting, taxing. they're imaginary, but we've made them oh so real. I'm returning to the great white north of Canada this week, only this time Quebec, more imaginary lines!
