buffa-lover

i've been anxiously awaiting putting up these pictures of the buffalo tooth necklace i made for my fellow buffa-lover. i know sometimes i ruin surprises because of blogging, so i waited until she got this in the mail. ta da! i ordered some buffalo teeth on etsy and strung them on an antique (sometimes that's just a fancy word for thrifted) chain. sometimes my friend and i like things that everyone else thinks is weird (for months i wore a tiny fox head pinned to my clothes every day; she once pulled out buffalo hair from her backpack... you get it) and this is like one of those things. oh well.

i'm planning on making myself a variation of this, and putting a few on etsy if anyone is interested...
